How a Snow Season Runs With Us
Free Visit to Your Property
We walk the property with you and look at the drive lanes, parking areas, walks, and the spots that ice over first. We also pick out where the snow piles can go without blocking a stall or a sidewalk. The visit and the proposal cost you nothing.
Written Scope and Trigger Depth
You get the plan on paper before winter. It names your trigger depth, most properties set 1 to 2 inches, and it names the work: plowing only, or plowing plus sidewalk clearing and salting. You also pick between per-season vs per-push contracts.
Storm Response
Once snow reaches your trigger depth, we roll. Contract clients typically see us within 2 to 4 hours during business hours, and within 4 to 6 hours after an overnight storm. Properties get served in the order set by their contract.
Ice Treatment and Service Logs
Moving snow and handling ice are two different jobs. Pre-treating with liquid deicer before a storm keeps snow from bonding to the pavement, and ice treatment afterward stops the melt and refreeze cycle from leaving black ice behind. Every visit is logged with a time stamp and site photos.
